Customers are responsible for items in their vehicle. The customer must remove all valuable items in the car prior to the appointment.
To protect your privacy, glove compartments, center consoles and trunks will only be cleaned if they are emptied prior to the appointment
Grime Lord Detailing is not liable for any mechanical failures related to the car after the detail service. Customers must check their vehicles condition before their appointment.
Customers must sign off on pre-inspection sheet and agreement to detail prior to work being completed. **If customer isn't available to sign in person a written agreement will be required via email.
All transactions are final. We may re-do the detail if the customer isn't satisfied however no refund will be issued.
If a deposit was made at booking it will be applied toward the balance due.
All payments are due at time of completion via cash, CC, venmo or paypal.
